HotFix Available to Create Combined Compound Summary CSV Reports from a Worklist

A HotFix is available that allows creating combined (multi-injection) Compound 
Summary CSV reports from a worklist.

Situation: 
In the current Qualitative Analysis, it is not possible to generate a combined 
Compound Summary CSV report from a worklist.  That is, if the user is running 
a worklist, they are not able to get ONE Compound Summary CSV report for all 
of their injections.

Solution/Action: 
A HotFix is available which allows Qualitative Analysis to export a combined 
Compound Summary CSV report while running a worklist.  

INSTALLATION

The HotFix should only be installed on Qualitative Analysis rev. B.03.01 Build 
3.1.346.6 Service Pack 2 (Instructions for installing Service Pack 2 are in 
Service Note G3335 MASSHUNTER SOFTWARE-56).

1) Shut down MassHunter Qualitative Analysis.

2) Rename the files C:\Program Files\Agilent\MassHunter\Workstation\Qual\Bin\BaseExport.dll and 
ExportManager.dll to *.dll.old.

2) Unzip the contents of CompoundSummaryCsv.zip.  Copy BaseExport.dll and 
ExportManager.dll to C:\Program Files\Agilent\MassHunter\Workstation\Qual\Bin

3)  Restart MassHunter Qualitative Analysis.

Once the user has installed the HotFix, they should configure their system so 
that it will export combined Compound Summary CSV reports while running a 
worklist:

1) Set up their Qualitative Analysis method options to export a Compound 
Summary CSV report (in the Export-->Export to pane).

2) Set the Export Destination to Worklist (in the Export-->Compound Summary 
CSV Report-->Export Destination pane).

3) Save the Qualitative Analysis method.

4) Set up the worklist to Combine Export Output (by checking the Combine 
Export Output checkbox in the Worklist Run Parameters dialog, accessible by 
right-clicking on the worklist).

Additional Information: 
The following files are placed in the C:\Program Files\Agilent\MassHunter\Workstation\Qual\Bin folder by installing the HotFix:
